HOW CAN I ORDER?
Have you found an item that you really want to have? Top! Select the product and click “in shopping cart”.
Please note: all items in your shopping cart will not be reserved for you. Have you shopped out? Then it is now time to complete your order. Click on the “shopping bag” icon at the top right. Then click on “View shopping cart” to check your items or complete your order with the “Checkout” button.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You need an account to place an order. Your details will be remembered and filled in immediately with your next order. This also gives you a handy overview of the order history. We will also keep you informed of the latest products and promotions.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES Sami Hair ACCEPT?
The payment method that we currently maintain is iDeal
HOW DOES MY REFUND WORK?
You will receive the purchase amount back in the same way as the payment.
Returns are processed with us within 7 working days of arrival.
After processing, we will contact you by e-mail and the amount will be refunded to your account within 5 working days after receipt of the e-mail.
If it has been more than 7 working days since the package has arrived, email our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with your PostNL track & trace receipt as a photo or scan as an attachment. Please also state the order number in the mail.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
If you place your order before 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, we will ship it the same day. If you have ordered on a Saturday or Sunday, it will take a little longer and you can expect your order at home on Tuesday. Unfortunately, this only applies to orders within the Netherlands.
Are you ordering from abroad? Then the delivery times are slightly longer.
WHAT IS THE RETURN TERM?
Our regular return period is 30 days after receipt of the order.
